Located in Vancouver’s vibrant Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, this thoughtfully designed project blends heritage preservation with contemporary living. Delivered through a Heritage Revitalization Agreement, the development retained and restored
2 character homes while introducing 2 modern infill buildings at the rear of the site. Together, the four buildings create an intimate collection of 8 residences, thoughtfully designed to complement the surrounding community.
